Director of Growth & Marketing (Remote – US)

We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Growth & Marketing to own demand generation, build scalable marketing systems, and drive qualified pipeline for our sales team. You’ll lead the full marketing function, manage a small team + agencies, and help shape our brand in the commercial electrification space

What You’ll Do

• Own demand generation across inbound, outbound, paid, and ABM
• Deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and analytics
• Build sales enablement content (one-pagers, case studies, briefs)
• Lead content strategy, brand presence, and digital marketing
• Manage website, SEO, CRO, and conversion funnels
• Run events, webinars, and co-marketing with partners

What We’re Looking For

• 7–12+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, marketing, and SaaS.
• Experience in energy, industrial tech, fleet, or related fields (preferred)
• Strong track record driving measurable pipeline
• Hands-on with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
• Data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable operating strategically + tactically
