Our client is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join their growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in organizing, tagging, and uploading digital assets into a robust digital asset management (DAM) system. You’ll collaborate with a close-knit team, reporting to the Senior Digital Asset Strategist and working alongside two other DAM professionals to support organization-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload, catalog, and tag a high volume of digital assets across various projects and teams
• Follow established naming conventions and metadata standards
• Ensure assets are organized and easily accessible within the DAM system
• Support cross-functional teams by fulfilling asset access and usage requests
• Adapt to shifting project needs and take direction from senior team members

Location: Remote (Chicagoland area preferred)

Duration: 6+ months, ongoing

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $24-$29/hour

Technical Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on DAM experience
• Familiarity with Brandfolder is a strong plus
• Proficiency in asset organization, metadata tagging, and version control
