General Statement of Job:
The Design Coordinator will be part of a small, dedicated team of designers and video producers, and is responsible for the management of all internal and external asset libraries and associated licenses. Additionally, the Design Coordinator will be applying aesthetic standards and copy editing to Canva presentations, and be an SME for all end user experiences with our products via Canva, Powerpoint, and Articulate 360. Platforms like Word, Excel and others will also be used. The Design Coordinator will assume responsibility for maintenance of several MailChimp accounts, confirming our audiences are up to date and we are compliant with anti-spam laws.
Primary responsibilities include asset management, QC, research (vendor sourcing, copyright status) and project management. Further, they will occasionally support live film shoots as a sound operator, on-screen talent, or production assistant.
Essential Job Functions:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Management of all internal and external asset libraries and associated licenses
Audience management on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and MailChimp
Maintaining company asset resources including Google sites
DIT work including backing up, labeling and syncing media files
Providing user support and managing Canva resource folders and projects
Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Three years relevant administrative support or creative development experience
One year relevant experience project managing remote teams
Highly proficient in iOS hardware and software including Microsoft Office and Google Drive, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva,, and some of the Adobe CC
Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time

Position: Must be able maintain a stationary position combined with the ability to occasionally move about the property to access job-related equipment, machinery, facilities, etc. Must be able to push, pull, and transport up to 25 pounds.
