We are looking to hire a Copywriter & Editor to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll create, edit, and refine high-quality marketing content that reflects the Enchanting Travels brand, supports our marketing goals, and connects with travelers looking for personalized, premium travel experiences.
Location: Remote, United States
Preferred Time Zones: Pacific Time (PT) or Mountain Time (MT)

What you’ll do:
- Create and edit content for marketing channels including website pages, email campaigns, social media, video scripts, direct mail, print materials, and other brand communications.
- Use AI writing tools to support content creation, then edit and refine the output so it feels clear, polished, human, and aligned with the Enchanting Travels brand.
- Develop thoughtful prompts that help produce useful first drafts, content ideas, campaign copy, and messaging options.
- Adapt messaging for luxury travel audiences while keeping the tone warm, inspiring, accurate, and easy to understand.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across customer touchpoints, ensuring each piece of content reflects our premium travel experience.
- Review and improve existing content so it is engaging, persuasive, clear, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to support content needs across campaigns and projects.
- Stay curious about new AI-assisted content tools, editorial best practices, and ways to improve content quality and efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience writing and editing marketing content across digital and print channels.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Experience using AI writing tools to support content creation, editing, or content development.
- Ability to turn AI-generated drafts into polished copy that sounds natural, thoughtful, and brand aligned.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, structure, tone, and consistency.
- Experience writing for premium, luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Ability to adapt copy for different channels, audiences, and campaign goals.
- A collaborative working style and comfort receiving feedback from stakeholders.
- Strong command of written English.
- Nice to have: experience with SEO content, including writing content that supports search visibility while still feeling natural and brand appropriate.
- Nice to have: experience in luxury travel, hospitality, journalism, publishing, or editorial environments.
