As a lead Superintendent, we are looking for someone that has 10+ years of field leadership experience and who has a passion for custom residential projects. Other responsibilities include:

• Scheduling
• Value Engineering
• Subcontractor selection and oversight
• Self-performed oversight of carpentry, drywall, concrete, etc.
• Safety
• Client Relations
