NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead superintendent in large-scale projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or cold storage, each over 100k sq ft
• Tilt Wall Construction experience
• Strong Leadership skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Experience with Procore is advantageous
• Possession of a valid driver’s license in the state of residence
• Ability to meet the job's physical demands: standing/walking for extended periods, sometimes on uneven surfaces, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and lifting heavy loads up to 50 pounds
