Guaranteed Rate Affinity is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Condo Processor to join our innovative and passionate team and work remotely.

This role will be supporting one of the top Loan Officers in the country, Brian Scott Cohen! Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order and review several necessary on line system checks and a variety of mortgage loan documentation
• Use state of the art technology to manage your pipeline of loans as well as complete your job functions in a productive manner
• Provide world-class customer service and respectful, consultative guidance to your clients and third parties
• Be on an innovative and fun team that is revolutionizing the way loans are processed at Guaranteed Rate
• Receive on-going comprehensive training and become an expert on the mortgage process
• Assist the client, the POD, and the VP by processing the condo documents for the condo underwriting department's review

Competencies:

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Experience processing condo home-owner's association documents for mortgages is strongly preferred but not required
• Experience processing mortgages in general is a requirement
• Attention to detail, time management, excellent communication skills required
• customer service and strong tech skills (outlook, Microsoft office, and various website navigation) required
