The role

The Charts Unit produces market leading consumption-based charts and analysis for the music and video industries in the UK, Republic of Ireland and France. This data is made available to our clients on a ‘next day’ basis 7 days a week, 365 days a year and has been at the forefront of this field for over 28 years.

The Charts Operation Executive will apply best in class product research insight and technical support to clients, management and colleagues ensuring that data accuracy and deadline driven delivery targets are met.

Key areas of responsibility:

• To provide administrative assistance to the team
• To apply an understanding of the principles of both the product research and technical requirements of the production of consumption based charts and analysis in the home entertainment industry
• To expand technical skillset to encompass the loading, interrogating, cleansing and aggregating of data
• To become skilled in the navigation of both the product database and the client facing online dashboard
• To adopt flexible working patterns to incorporate ‘duty’ shifts on a rota basis which will include some weekend working
• To contribute to improvements in the processes of the business
• To liaise with the Charts Business Analyst to ensure updates to procedures are documented
• To abide by Kantar’s ethics policies, and to adhere to the MRS Code of Conduct, the requirements of data protection and the quality system
• To deliver excellent client service that helps to build effective relationships with external stakeholders
