A Change Management Consultant (CMC) within the Jubilant team plays a key role in ensuring that customer projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing user adoption and usage.

This person focuses on the people side of change, which involves engaging customers in project readiness/preparedness and change management consulting around the tactical execution of the project, process improvement, user adoption, and culture impact opportunities.

Primary responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include working closely with project team members and customers to implement change management strategies and plans. Effective solutions will rely on exercises such as: stakeholder analysis, process mapping and workflow framework, identifying and documenting changes that impact users, and identifying areas of risk for successful user adoption. Project deliverables will entail, but are not limited to: customized communication strategy, training plans, creation of documentation, drafting of communications, and training support.

Qualified candidates:

Qualified candidates will have strong experience managing multiple priorities and are experienced balancing responsibilities to ensure responsive support in all assigned projects. Excellent listening skills are required in addition to effective communication and guidance of team members in customer change management and organizational best practices.
