Code Ninjas Mill Creek is a fun and welcoming center where children between 7-14 learn to code by building their own video games. Our center is committed to providing a fun, interactive and safe environment for kids to learn coding through robotics, math, logic and teamwork.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Director located in Mill Creek, WA. The role will involve managing the overall operations, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer service. The Center Director will create a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to learn while managing a team of Ninjas and engaging with parents and students to promote learning.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in the education sector or similar industries is desirable
• Experience in sales and marketing with strong business acumen
• Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields

Relevant skills and experience in coding and technology are beneficial, but not required. A passion for education and a friendly attitude are essential.
