Remote-Service Delivery/Project Manager Overview:

CommandLink is one of the Fastest Growing Managed Service Providers in the Country. We offer an array of services from Internet circuits to Hosted VoIP to SDWAN

This position is responsible managing new orders to business customers for any of the services listed above. You will own the orders from the beginning to the end, we don’t hand off orders between departments we feel this is a bad experience for the Customer.

All work is done via phone, email and computer. No travel to customer locations is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all deliveries assigned to him/her.

Manage third party resource (internal & contracted), ensuring that the customers’ orders are delivered on time and to the specified quality and customer requirements.

Communicate regularly with the customers, providing them with clear and regular updates. during the whole the delivery life cycle.

Ordering Internet Circuits

Managing Hosted VoIP projects and Porting of numbers

Experience Required:
2 years’ experience in Telecommunications.
2 years’ experience in Service Delivery or Project Management
Ability to clearly document dependencies and priorities
Ability to effectively prioritize & manage third party resources

Hands-on Delivery experience

VOIP Porting

Internet Circuit ordering with Carriers
