We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans that bring innovative concepts to life across various projects. Your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software and drafting techniques will be instrumental in supporting architectural, engineering, and construction teams. Duties

1. Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit to support architectural, mechanical, and construction projects.
2. Create schematic diagrams, system designs, interior layouts, and mechanical components with clarity and accuracy.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and project managers to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
4. Incorporate graphic design principles into visual presentations and animations when needed.
5. Use Bluebeam Revu or similar software for PDF markup, review processes, and project documentation management.
6. Conduct drafting reviews to verify measurements, annotations, and compliance with project requirements.
7. Support system design efforts by creating detailed schematics for electrical or mechanical systems as required.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit,
2. Strong understanding of drafting standards across architectural, mechanical, electrical systems or construction documentation.
3. Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu for PDF editing and markup workflows.
4. Knowledge of schematic development and system design principles.
5. Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics or blueprints accurately.
6. Experience supporting interior design projects or graphic visualization is a plus.
7. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
8. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
