Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns tailored for bilingual audiences
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create and schedule content using tools like Buffer or other social media management platforms
• Design visually appealing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
• Monitor performance analytics to measure success and inform future strategies
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content and platforms
• Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent grammar and spelling in both English and Spanish
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing projects and perform additional tasks as assigned
• Maintain a portfolio of social media content and campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing is required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written, spoken, and reading) is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of analytics and social media KPIs
• Exceptional spelling, grammar, and writing skills in both languages
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work and campaigns
• Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with paid social campaigns and ad platforms
• Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to social media content
• Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA

Salary Rate - $60,000 - $65,000/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
