We're looking for a hands-on developer who thrives on solving real problems—not just writing code. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who’s ready to dig into backend support, investigate data issues, and contribute to solution design and implementation.

What You'll Do

• Start with application and database support to learn the environment, then shift into development work (APIs, backend support)
• Monitor and troubleshoot replication instances and BI quality solutions
• Work closely with backend systems to research issues and suggest improvements
• Build and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and reports (SSRS, Crystal)
• Investigate data problems and work across teams to resolve them
• Document and own technical solutions from design through delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application support and/or development
• Strong SQL skills: capable of navigating databases, writing stored procedures, and interpreting reports
• Backend understanding of web applications (not focused on UI)
• Experience working with BI/reporting tools like SSRS or Crystal Reports
• Able to explain what you personally built or solved—not just what your team did
• Experience in C#, JavaScript, HTML is a plus, but solving problems is the core focus
• Power BI or Azure development experience is a bonus
