What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Back-End Developer, with a strong foundation in server-side technologies and architecture.
2. Deep proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages, and frameworks like Spring Boot, Express.js, or Django.
3. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration — with experience in microservices architecture.
4. Strong experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
5. Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deploying backend services, managing serverless functions, or working with containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
6. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.) and working knowledge of version control systems like Git.
7. Experience in writing unit and integration tests, debugging backend issues, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and security.
8. Collaboration skills to work closely with front-end developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and product owners to deliver cohesive and robust solutions.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to optimize code for performance and maintainability.
10. Passion for backend innovation, automation, and staying current with emerging backend trends and technologies.
