You'll be part of a large construction general contractor firm located in Miami and West Palm Beach with projects in the 3 counties. Specialized in Luxury Retail (High End Stores, Restaurants, Hospitality from 1 to 20 M) and Residential Construction (Projects between 1M to 80M).

Responsibilities

Report significant situations to the Project Executive / SR PM / VP and prepare Weekly / Bi-weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

Reviews and evaluates documentation related to the planning, site, design, construction, and contract management.

Evaluate approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule.

Control budget and schedule.

Supports with preconstruction and estimating throughout project

Responsible for all pay applications.

Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record situations, activities and commitments.

Support and lead project schedule.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

3-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, High End Interiors, Luxury Residential, ground up / renovations.

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $80,000 - 110,000 base plus benefits, performance bonus, allowances, and other perks.
