Job description

Fully responsible for the proper functioning of all branches under their jurisdiction as well as providing required assistance to other branches.

1. Sales and Customer Service

3. Budget and Cost control
4. Stock presentation and management
5. People Management

Directly report to Operations Manager and Brand Manager. Responsible for translating weekly/daily targets to all branches concerning sales, stock, rotas, cost minimization etc. Successfully relating to other employees in Team A Ventures Ltd as well as depicting Monsoon Accessorize brand image in dealing with all customers.

Job Specification

1. MBA in Marketing with 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficient in IT skills.
