We are a family owned and operated Residential Design Build firm located in Carlsbad, CA, and we are seeking an architectural designer / draftsperson to join our team.

We require that the candidate have a working knowledge of Softplan, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or Revit and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

Candidate must be familiar with drafting FULL sets of construction documents including the following:

• Site Plans
• Floor Plans
• Reflected Ceiling Plans
• Interior / Exterior Elevations
• Cross Sections
• Foundation Plans
• Framing Plans
• Roof Plans
