We’re partnering with a well-funded, early-stage startup that’s revolutionizing residential real estate with an AI-powered platform unifying e-signatures, payments, compliance workflows, and intelligent automation. Backed by 6M in seed funding and an elite investor network, the team is now building its founding engineering team from scratch.

🧠 The Opportunity

We’re seeking 1–3 AI/ML Engineers to work closely with the CTO and CEO to build advanced machine learning systems that power automation across real estate workflows. This is a rare opportunity to design and implement NLP, document understanding, and AI-driven automation from the ground up, with direct ownership over the models and systems that will shape the product.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP, document parsing, and workflow automation.
• Build AI-driven contract creation, e-signature verification, and payment automation systems.
• Integrate ML solutions with modern web technologies using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to architect scalable AI services in a microservices framework, leveraging Supabase, Vercel, and other modern dev tools.
• Establish and maintain ML pipelines, model monitoring, and CI/CD for AI systems.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, embeddings, LLMs, and structured data.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and best practices shaping the trajectory of the company.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or related software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, OCR, or document understanding systems.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scaling ML systems.
• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js preferred for integration with production platforms.
• Comfortable working in zero-to-one environments with high ambiguity and impact.
• Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, or compliance automation, and working with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
• Must be U.S.-based (remote-first, with hubs in Miami, NYC, SF, or LA preferred).
