NCRi Solutions is looking for a passionate and innovative AI Automation Specialist to join our growing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered automation workflows that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 1–2 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or software development
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field from reputed university
3. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
4. Knowledge of AI models/APIs such as OpenAI, LLMs, or generative AI tools
5. Basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages
6. Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
7. Must be good in communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience building AI chatbots or AI agents
2. Knowledge of CRM/ERP automation
3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
4. Understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus
