Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly analytical Affiliate Marketing Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract role focused on data analysis and optimization within affiliate and partner marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong performance mindset, a deep understanding of affiliate networks, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze affiliate program performance daily and deliver comprehensive weekly reports
• Maintain strong communication with affiliate partners and agencies to monitor trends and performance drivers
• Assist with monthly affiliate invoicing and budget accrual for accurate financial reporting
• Ensure affiliate content and promotions comply with brand guidelines and legal standards
• Support the growth strategy by scaling current partnerships and identifying new affiliate opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve tracking, attribution, and campaign results

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or lead generation
• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with affiliate or CRM platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or direct-to-consumer industries
• Familiarity with tracking platforms, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks
• Experience supporting or managing partner marketing efforts with measurable impact
