We are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist to work in Honolulu.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle administrative requests from management.
- Take detailed minutes at meetings.
- Book travel arrangements. Assist with planning of company functions.
- Excellent writing skills for documents and correspondence
- Create and update excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents.
- Ordering of office supplies, promotional items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to commit to the long term employment
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Team Meeting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Previous administrative experience for more than 3 years.
