Position Overview
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in scaling digital advertising efforts across paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and OTT/CTV. This position is ideal for an analytical, creative, and data-driven marketer who can develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms
- Manage day-to-day performance of paid campaigns, optimizing toward ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs
- Lead creative testing initiatives and analyze performance data to inform future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal growth, creative, and e-commerce teams to align paid strategies with broader business objectives
- Monitor trends, identify new platform opportunities, and recommend innovative approaches to expand reach and efficiency
- Manage budgets across 6- to 7-figure monthly spends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other key digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000–$115,000
- Fully remote work environment, with preference for east coast market
