My client specializes in acquiring and managing real estate properties, prioritizing both short-term income generation and long-term value creation. They currently have an opening for an Acquisitions Associate to join their dynamic and extremely active real estate team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all quantitative functions of the investment process
• Prepare cash flow analyses and investment memos
• Evaluate optimal capital structures for each investment opportunity
• Develop new and/or audit existing Excel models
• Present financial models to senior members of management, brokers and lenders
• Maintain acquisition pipeline and database
• Compile sales and market data for inclusion in quarterly reports
• Assist in transaction due diligence and coordinating third-party vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or

similar field required

• Minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant multifamily real estate underwriting

experience required

• Experience with real estate valuation processes, underwriting, cash flow analysis

and return on investment principles

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build structure in an ambiguous

environment
