Soni Resources is partnering with a Nashville based organization in the search for a strong Accounts Payable Specialist. This person will be working alongside the manager and other staff to support the full-cycle accounts payable process and ensure that the payables team is running smoothly and coordinated with the accounting, finance, and operations departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• High school diploma (Associates and/or Bachelors Degree preferred)
• Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment and able to manage and prioritize several tasks at once
• Ability to clearly and effective communicate with other staff, team members, and leadership on reporting or other tasks as required
• The desire to help this organization streamline accounts payable processes and feel comfortable speaking up on ways to improve the department and process in place
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets (including sorting, working across multiple notebooks, formatting, find/selects, and data integrity)
• Experience in more advance Excel functions or other AP functions are welcome

Compensation: $25 to $30/Hour
