• Lead and manage the accounting team to create quarterly and annual stand alone, sub-consolidated financial materials, analytical materials, and consolidated package including the conversion from USGAAP to IFRS.
• Lead and create company financial statements with USGAAP and/or IFRS footnotes.
• File federal, state, and local taxes and make payments in timely manner as well as lead the tax optimization studies.
• Review and approve the invoices and payments while manage and monitor the cash flow of the company to comply with the budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Active US CPA or same level of accounting and tax experience is required.
• Experience in leading financial closing with USGAAP is required.
• Experience in team management in accounting field is required.
• Experience in financial closing with IFRS is preferred.
• Experience in converting financial statements from USGAAP to IFRS is preferred.
• Accounting experience in Oil&Gas or energy industry is preferred.
• Experience in joint venture accounting is preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English is a must.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
