ABS Kids is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will ensure proper management of the Company’s cash flow in collaboration with the Corporate Controller.
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients.

What would you do?
- Manage invoices within the Company’s accounting software
- Manage and record online and automatic payments the company makes
- Produce a budget vs. actual expense report by location and department
- Assist in monthly close process including bank reconciliations and other balance sheet accounts
- Assist CFO as required in preparation of financial reports
- Assist with preparation of materials and information required for the annual financial audit
- Assist with preparation of materials and information required to complete annual tax returns
Who are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar field
- Experience: 3-5 years as accounting manager or accounts payable
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
- Expertise with accounting software, Quickbooks a plus
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with various departments and level positions
