NOW HIRING: Maintenance/ Handyman

Responsibilities:
 

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Assist in repairing and maintaining the facility's infrastructure, ensuring it complies with safety and health standards.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff, residents, and management in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to plan and execute preventative maintenance activities.
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness, as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all maintenance tasks.
  
   

Qualifications:
 

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a healthcare or similar facility.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and health regulations.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment or objects.
• Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and well-functioning facility.
