We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Web Developer to support our agency's website infrastructure and digital marketing campaigns. This person will manage multiple WordPress sites using scalable cloud-based solutions and play a key role in the creation, launch, and supervision of PPC campaigns (Google & Meta). Ideal candidates will bring a strong blend of front-end WordPress skills and back-end technical hosting knowledge, along with a marketing and design mindset focused on site performance and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, test, and maintain custom WordPress landing pages to support campaign goals
2. Manage all aspects of cloud-based WordPress hosting-no physical servers
3. Ensure site security, backups, speed optimization, plugin/theme updates
4. Oversee DNS, domain management, and SSL setup (e.g., Cloudflare, Let's Encrypt)
5. Use tools like ManageWP or MainWP for managing multiple sites from one dashboard
6. Create and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) PPC campaigns
7. Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaign tracking, conversion tools, and analytics

Required Experience

1. 5+ years of WordPress development and management
2. Proven experience with PPC campaign creation, tracking, and performance reporting
3. Hands-on experience with cloud hosting (Cloudways, WP Engine, Kinsta, SiteGround)
4. Comfortable with cloud-based DNS and domain services (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Google Domains)
5. Familiar with tools like SFTP, SSH, PHPMyAdmin, and version control (e.g., Git)
6. Strong understanding of web security, responsive design, and performance tuning
