- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Creates landing pages and optimizes the user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
- Designs, writes, and edits website content.
- Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
- Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
- Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
- Executes assignments using web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools, and Google my business
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and WordPress.
- Ability to write and edit technical documentation
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
