Job Type: Full-time position in our Hazleton office

Responsibilities:

• Lead web development scoping, planning and technical architecture
• Manage development team to ensure technical and product quality
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers
• Collaborating with customers on projects and goals
• Personnel duties including professional growth of team members
• Product development for Client from conception to implementation

Experience/Qualifications:

• A college degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred, though candidates with real-world experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• Extensive experience as a web developer
• Experience in a managerial position
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to offer guidance and support
• Practices: Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines
• Programming languages/frameworks: Microsoft .NET and SQL Server
