We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and improving user-friendly and visually appealing websites that align with our brand and business goals. You should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and create engaging, responsive website layouts and interfaces.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
3. Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and deliver a consistent user experience.
4. Optimize website design for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
5. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve design and functionality.
6. Maintain and update websites as needed, fixing design or usability issues.
7. Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.

Required Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
3. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
4. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
5. Portfolio of completed web design projects.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
2. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
3. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and accessibility standards (WCAG).
4. Basic knowledge of version control (e.g., Git).
5. Must obtain a strong blend of artistic vision and computer proficiency for computer animation.
