We have an optical boutique where we offer the latest fashionable styles in frames and sunglasses, and we offer the latest technology lenses that help optimize our patients' vision.

We are looking for looking for a virtual marketing assistant to join our growing team. This role would be responsible for building and maintaining the company's online presence. This role would focus on improving patient outreach by managing marketing campaigns, maintaining company website, and composing and posting online content on social media platforms. The marketing assistant would work with the doctor and the team to plan and create content for social media and website. We are looking for someone who is creative, friendly, passionate and can work as a team player.

This job can be performed remotely. However, occasional visits to the office may be needed to assist the team in creating content.

Job Description:

Virtual Marketing Assistant

• Coordinates all marketing campaigns on various platforms (FB, IG, Web, etc)
• Creates monthly or quarterly newsletters/emails to patients.
• Prepares promotional presentations, flyers, brochures as needed.
• Maintains and updates website by communicating with 3rd party host
• Collaborates with the doctor and the Austin Eyecare team in creating social media content.
• Composes and posts online content for company's social media pages and site, at least 3 times a week.
• Composes and posts online content for specific promotions, trunk shows and other events.
• Performs market research on the industry and stays up-to-date in the latest marketing practices in the industry.
• Researches new technologies/therapies/services that are added to our practice
• Help improve patient experience by increasing direct patient communication on social media platforms
• Performs other marketing tasks/responsibilities that the doctor or manager requests.
