Marketing Communications Specialist (Brand & Creative Oversight)

reinforce our brand and value. We’re seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist who can ensure that every marketing and sales asset reflects our brand’s professionalism, vision, and clarity.

This is a remote, part-time contract role ideal for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, messaging, and brand consistency. You will collaborate with designers, content strategists, and business development teams to produce and refine materials that communicate our value proposition effectively.

About the Role

As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll oversee the creation, review, and consistency of all marketing collateral—from brochures and decks to event materials and digital assets. You’ll serve as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all deliverables align with our brand guidelines, tone, and storytelling.

This role bridges strategy and execution: you’ll provide direction to designers, shape content for campaigns, and ensure our brand narrative resonates with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Consistency & Oversight:

◦ Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

◦ Review content and visuals for clarity, tone, and consistency.

◦ Provide constructive feedback to designers and contractors.

  1. Creative Content Development:

◦ Develop or direct the creation of brochures, one-pagers, decks, case studies, and flyers.

◦ Build compelling webinar and event presentation materials.

◦ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly visuals.

• Collaboration:

◦ Partner with the Demand Generation team to turn campaign needs into creative assets.

◦ Work closely with content strategists, SEO specialists, and designers.

◦ Support the business development team with impactful sales enablement materials.

• Creative Strategy:

◦ Propose fresh ways to showcase Data-Sleek’s services through infographics, branded visuals, and data storytelling.

◦ Identify opportunities to repurpose content into engaging formats.

◦ Ensure messaging effectively communicates our unique value proposition.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  2. Client-Facing Work: Proven experience creating polished, professional materials such as brochures, flyers, case studies, and sales collateral.
  3. Design Understanding: Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy (hands- on design skills a plus).
  4. Writing & Editing: Excellent copywriting, editing, and messaging refinement abilities.

• Tools: Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  1. Experience using JIRA to manage creative projects and feedback workflows.
  2. Collaboration: Strong cross-functional communication and feedback delivery skills.
  3. Preferred: Experience developing sales enablement and event collateral for B2B audiences.

Compensation

  1. Hourly: $40–$55/hour
  2. Part-Time Monthly: 10-15 hrs/week
