As a Utilities Engineer, you will be accountable for the reliable operations and maintenance of the utilities systems through PQ. This role will work with the project team, global engineering, and the Marietta maintenance team to implement the maintenance program for the utilities systems for the drug substance facility. Utilities systems include clean utilities (WFI, Purified water, clean compressed air, nitrogen, etc.), black utilities (steam, domestic hot and cold water, chilled water, fire protection, etc.), and associated chemical treatment systems.

This Utilities Engineer, role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

• Document the user requirements for utilities systems and sequences of operation for automated utilities systems.
• Ensure that utilities systems comply with GSK global engineering requirements.
• Perform risk assessments for utilities systems to ensure safe installation, operation, and maintenance of utilities systems and equipment.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and qualification of utilities systems.
• Troubleshoot utilities systems during startup and operations.
• Document maintenance plans and spare parts requirements for utilities systems.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with GMPs.
• Represent Marietta in meetings, presentations, audits, and inspections.

• 5+ years experience in utilities engineering for GMP manufacturing
