This role will involve managing various responsibilities, including software training management, educational program administration, and trade show coordination. Primary position responsibilities include:

 

Educational Program Administration

  • Primary interface between professors and students and the Program
  • Coordinate application review process with Software Manager and Itasca engineers
  • Oversight of applications and renewals – responding, tracking, and filing
  • Identify and track mentors within Itasca International
  • Ensure software licenses are issued as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and other systems as needed.
  • In collaboration with others, produce written communications and official program documents, such as application materials, program guides, and marketing materials.
  • Report program statistics to the Itasca International Board annually or Software Manager as requested.
  • Manage and build relationships with universities to increase participation.
  • Publicize and promote education programs through Itasca’s websites, social media, and email campaigns.

 

Software Training Coordination (introductory, focused, and customized)

  • Coordinate all aspects of Itasca’s introductory and focused training courses such as venue, instructors, advertising, registrations, follow-up surveys, etc.
  • Coordinate all aspects of customized training as requested by clients.
  • Operate multimedia equipment such as microphones, projectors, and laptop computers.
  • Provide administrative support to the instructors during the training.
  • Assist with vetting and onboarding of external Training Collaborators
  • Manage software licensing requests from Training Collaborators and post trainings on Itasca websites.

 

Events Coordinator

  • Plan, organize, and execute multiple trainings and events.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee company attendance, and participation.
  • Handle on-site operations and post-event evaluations.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project manage multiple educational and industry events simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in marketing content writing and/or training coordination.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Learning Management Systems, project management systems are a plus.
