Description:

  • $26 - $29/hour based on previous experience.
  • Training Enrollments and Communication:
  • Coordinate with Commercial Excellence team to align on new employee educational needs.
  • Manage training enrollments, including registration, scheduling, and trainee communication.
  • Coordinate with trainers, instructors, the events team, and trainees to ensure smooth training logistics.
  • Communicate training details, schedules, and updates via email, LMS announcements, or other channels.
  • Leverage education and tracking tools such as LMS, Cvent, SmartSheets, etc.
  • Certification Path Tracking:
  • Monitor and track progress of employees through certification paths within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other ancillary tools.
  • Ensure accurate recording of completed courses, assessments, and certifications in compliance with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with education and department managers to verify compliance with certification requirements.
  • Generate standard reports on training completion, compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance training processes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, HR, Information Technology).
  • Experience with LMS administration and training coordination.
  • Experience navigating Microsoft office platforms, specifically outlook, teams, and excel for data evaluation and management.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and related tools.
