The TENx10 Collaboration is a national discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over the next ten years. We are a fast moving, creative, energetic remote team that works across ecumenical, cultural and denominational lines to pursue our courageous mission.
The TENx10 Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the TENx10 Director of Marketing and Communications and Marketing and Communications Team on all digital marketing efforts for TENx10. This position will plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for TENx10, including SEM, email marketing, and social media. This role requires strong project management and managerial skills with an in-depth knowledge of social media and email best practices.
This position is available for remote work within most of the United States. Subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary.
Essential Functions:

Content Creation

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital marketing and social media channels

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques

Create and manage content for TENx10’s social media, emails, blog, and other forms of digital communication
Skills and Knowledge Required:
-
Demonstrated passion for the mission of TENx10 with a desire to work in a distinctly Christian work environment

Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with training in digital marketing and user experience/experience design

Must be proficient in Mailchimp with a proven track record of creating successful email campaigns and managing subscriber lists

Preferred experience with Webflow, WordPress, or Squarespace

Understanding of Google products such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords

Preferred 2+ years experience with SEM strategy and keyword research

Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data and an ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends

Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation

High attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices

Ability to organize, track and follow-up on numerous details and projects

Ability to delegate work to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing and communications team
