Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated TCAC Field Service Representative in Hawaii to join our team. We provide computer and network engineering services with a focus on Communications and Networking technologies. SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret personnel security clearance and be SCI eligible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support system end users via email, phone, and site visits.
• Recommend modifications to systems based on observation of real-time system operations, environmental concerns, and interaction with other systems.
• Analyze, test and troubleshoot complex local and wide area network systems.
• Install and configure workstations, servers, and applications.
• Resolve interoperability problems to obtain access to wide area networks.
• Provide software and hardware technical support to users as needed
• Document problem resolution and process improvement.
• Conduct intermediate and advance level training for systems end users to enable them to set up, operate and maintain their specific systems and applications.
• Assist and conduct pre-deployment system preparations.
• Coordinate and maintain record of software updates
• Support fielding of new software baselines.
• Provide software technical support for common software applications across multiple platforms within the SIGINT FoS.
• Assist system administrator troubleshooting (on the job training to Marines assigned as System Administrators):
• Network configuration and management. (Authority to Operate and Security Site Plan compliance)
• Coordinate with ISSO and VARS submitter on PRIVAC, DTA and other administrator accesses.
• Conduct functional testing.
• Conduct new software and refresher training.

EXPERIENCE:

• Eight (8) years of experience with Tactical SIGINT Equipment.
• SIGINT equipment knowledge for software updates, patching, troubleshooting and repair efforts.
• Ability to properly assess and document any equipment or training deficiencies.
• Ability to train operators and users on how to use the equipment
• Must have basic network knowledge to troubleshoot systems and ensure connectivity can be established.
• Ability to support special test events such as Field User Evaluations, Validation and Verification (V&V), Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT)

EDUCATION:

Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
