The Role at a glance:

We are looking for an accomplished and self-motivatedTalent Management Specialist to work in a remote capacity.This particular role will be best served by someone with vast experiencesupporting comprehensive and effective talent management strategies ensuring the organization possesses diverse people, skills and capabilities required for business success. In this position you are the champion for full talent cycle efforts, guiding training and development efforts, and supporting continued career growth.  If you are someone who works well collaborating but also has a strong sense of self direction, you will thrive here, as you willpartner with all levels across the organization, adopt an internal consultant mindset, create trusting relationships, and serve as a Change advisor on key projects and initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support and execute the overall annual talent strategy in partnership with Senior Director, Learning, Development & Change Management including talent assessment, succession planning, development plan execution, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with segment and functional leaders to assess talent and needs to propose tools and strategies to achieve and align our talent goals to our organizational goals. Identify and address gaps between current organizational capabilities, required competencies and skills, and the future objectives of the organization.
  • Create communication plans, including writing of organizational communications to support the talent management process for employees, managers and HR Directors, to ensure they have knowledge of the process, training, and development events and resources.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director, Learning, Development and Change Management to plan, organize, and facilitate employee development and training events.
  • Become an expert on the system/s supporting Talent Management and maintain data within system.
  • Assist with the preparation/delivery of Human Resource-related training for New Hire Orientation purposes.
  • Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job-training, refresher training, etc.
  • Schedule, coordinate logistics, and deliver Talent Management non-technical classroom, virtual or blended learning programs for employees at all levels within the organization
  • Partner with LMS Administrator to update portal content and system required settings, as needed
  • Ensuring learning outcomes by checking for understanding and skill acquisition; measure course impacts

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 3 years’ Talent Management/Organizational Development experience leading projects
  • Working experience and knowledge of talent management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience conducting Talent Review discussions and managing the full employee life cycle
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 
  •  

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project implementations
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience managing Talentsoft or other Talent Management software
