Position Title: Substance Use Disorder TherapistSupervisor: Clinical Supervisor
Qualifications: New grads encouraged to apply! Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health with active Kentucky License including CSW or LPCA and/or Certified by the state of Kentucky as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
Position Summary:
Transitions, Inc. is looking for a Social Worker or Counselor who is ready to become an expert in the field of Substance Use Disorder treatment. Transitions offers the opportunity and environment for passionate individuals to understand the complex nature of Substance Use Disorders, and how to effectively treat and manage the disease of addiction, in addition to other co-occurring mental health disorders. Nationally Certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine as a Level of Care 3.5, the RTC provides immediate access to SUD treatment and care. Recognized as a Trauma Informed Organization, Transitions seeks individuals to join a team of compassionate professionals ready to make a difference in the Greater Cincinnati region.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a clinical caseload and provide top notch quality of care services to clients including clinical assessments, individualized treatment plans, individual therapy and group therapy.
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with supportive staff members to facilitate the SUD treatment for your clients.
Assure documentation is in compliance with contract regulatory and agency requirements and best clinical practices; and complete all clinical documentation within expected timeframes.
Participate in weekly individual supervision with your Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
Represent Transitions, Inc. in a positive and professional manner in all community interactions.
Assists in other Transitions’ programs as needed or assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
