• 8+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
• 6+ years of journalism or documentary production experience
• 6+ years of creative role understanding consumer trends and creating content experience
• Experience as a producer, production manager, line producer or in production risk management

Prime Video Sports is seeking a physical production executive to support our growing slate of unscripted Original Sports Content. This role will be responsible for overseeing the production budgets, schedules, and tradeoff evaluations of our slate. This role requires working closely with major sports leagues, third-party production companies, including athlete and league owned production companies, and internal teams (e.g., business affairs, post-production). The Original Sports Content slate includes unscripted series and movies.

Key job responsibilities

• Collaborate with show producers, line producers, production managers and creative executives when planning a movie or shows production budget and schedule.
• Offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules. Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.
• Earn trust with athletes, teams, and leagues to ensure the right level of access to execute on a projects vision.
• Work with internal teams, including post operations and development, to develop budgets and schedules.
• Travel to set when necessary to evaluate work-flow, budgets and potential problems.
• Analyze budgets and cost reports.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
