Position Overview

The Sr. Graphic Designer is a highly engaged creative professional who works closely with the Creative Team Manager and is able to pass along instructions to the other members of the team. The Sr. Graphic Designer is proficient in all industry standard design applications including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. We are an internet-focused tech company, but please note that we do manage adult-oriented content. This position does not directly involve working around such explicit material on a regular basis, but employees will likely notice content on a colleague’s screen and may communicate with representatives in the adult entertainment industry. Responsibilities

  • Execute Graphic Team Tasks. Handle directly assigned ‘Creative’ tasks and supplement with other high-priority tasks as identified in Admin System’s queue.
  • Art Direction - The Sr Graphic Designer will oversee larger design projects.
  • Discuss Project Requirements with Stakeholders. Assist project stakeholders in understanding design limitations. Guide successful approaches with regards to imagery and messaging to improve customer experience.
  • Performer Documentation - Responsible for capturing model names and IDs to remain compliant with code 2257.
  • Ideal candidate has design instincts and is able to rationalize design choices while communicating vision to others.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have at least 5 years of design experience in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with the production of motion graphics.
  • Mastery of design principles and clear communication skills.
  • Able to work with established brand charters and possess the skills to develop new style guides and process documentation.
  • Layout - Ability to establish a clear hierarchy of elements on a page. Balanced and easy to follow.
  • Typography - Can identify font types and knows which fonts to pair with other visual elements.
  • Color - Knowledge of color theory and ability to create pleasing visuals.
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain choices.
  • Must be able to maintain quality standards and poses organizational skills
