Position Summary

The Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst has the opportunity to help shape Truckstop digital marketing strategy and roadmap by analyzing data and insights to help the Web and Lead Gen teams make informed decisions. Recommendations from the Sr Digital Marketing Analyst will help improve the user journey across Truckstop’s website and optimize spend and performance across our campaigns. This position will partner with a variety of internal partners to analyze and present the data that is most impactful to a particular project or campaign.

Essential Job Functions
 

  • Create, build, and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights for important metrics and performance trends using both GA4 and Salesforce data
  • Provide detailed analysis and relevant insights into the marketing campaigns and web KPIs
  • Review leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM from demand generation digital marketing campaigns to analyze current success
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
  • Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations
  • Presents PowerPoint and/or reports to other members of the team, marketing leaders, and sales leaders with actionable insights
  • Brainstorms opportunities to improve channel-level reporting
  • Drive enhancements in marketing effectiveness, resource efficiency and reporting capabilities, via integrated data flows, templates, and automated processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build a rapport and be a trusted advisor to team members, as well as making decisions related to forecasting, marketing analytics and KPI reporting
  • Mentor, cross train, and knowledge share with team members
     

Position Requirements
 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, or Statistics or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of previous marketing analyst experience
  • 2+ years of previous experience with using web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members
  • Google Analytics 4 Certified
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports within Salesforce
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
