Job Description:

We’re looking to hire a Sr. Analyst Influencer Marketing for a global hospitality client. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of influencer marketing initiatives across the company brand portfolio, including on-site activations, inbound influencer opportunities, and new creator partnerships. In this role, you will manage influencer requests, oversee on-site activations, develop best-in-class influencer strategies, and cultivate relationships with creators. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence through impactful influencer programs while adding cultural relevance to marketing efforts.


This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a critical function at the company, leveraging your expertise in the influencer and creator space to identify, activate, and nurture talent. You will collaborate cross-functionally, providing strategic guidance to the teams and working with influencer tools and agencies to develop briefs, evaluate talent, measure success, and drive consistent learning.



This is a six-month project opportunity to work remotely. To be eligible for this position, you must be located in Virginia, Washington DC, or Maryland and be able to work on a W-2 hourly basis.

Pay: $27 - $32 hourly (plus healthcare benefits + paid weekly!)


Sr. Analyst, Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the central point of contact for inbound influencer requests, assessing creator alignment with the brands, managing communication with internal stakeholders, and optimizing activation processes.
  2. Proactively identify new opportunities for creator collaborations by staying informed on social trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments that align with the company’s goals.
  3. Build strong relationships with creators, emerging talent, and established influencers across various verticals, creating a robust talent roster.
  4. Educate key stakeholders and teams on best practices for influencer campaigns through playbooks, toolkits, and training.
  5. Partner with internal teams (Social, Paid Media, Brand Marketing, Communications, and Properties) and external stakeholders (influencers, agencies, talent managers) to develop campaigns that drive engagement and social conversation.
  6. Support influencer outreach, matching creator needs with the company’s objectives while collaborating with tools, agencies, and property teams.
  7. Oversee campaign measurement and reporting, establishing benchmarks, analyzing performance, and sharing key insights to inform future strategies.
  8. Manage logistical aspects of influencer programs, including bookings, travel coordination, payments, and FTC-compliant messaging for gifting initiatives.
  9. Maintain deep knowledge of the brands and target audiences, recommending creators whose values and interests align with the company.
  10. Develop and deliver complex strategies and presentations to key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.


Sr. Analyst, Influencer Marketing Requirements:

  1. Ability to assess talent for brand fit based on defined criteria.
  2. 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in social media, digital media, or influencer marketing.
  3. Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent management.
  4. Proven track record of developing and executing influencer campaigns or programs.
  5. Strong relationship management skills, with experience partnering with influencers, agents, managers, and external stakeholders.
  6. Self-starter with a passion for social and digital media.
  7. Collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive partnerships in a matrixed environment.
  8. Creative thinker with a proven ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
  9. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  10. High level of flexibility, integrity, and initiative.
  11. Experience with campaign execution, reporting, and data analysis.
  12. Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed; travel may be required (<10%).


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience with social media management, social listening, and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Khoros, or Sprout.
  3. Experience managing influencer campaigns across large-scale organizations or agencies.
  4. Previous experience in talent or agency management.
