RCS is looking for a full-time Special Education Team Chair to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 3 – 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities at our center in Natick, MA. Immediate start or for start of 2023-2024 school year!

Your responsibilities as a Special Education Team Chair:

• Act as liaison to LEAs
• IEP scheduling
• Oversee Progress Report Process
• Oversee MCAS
• IEP Chair

• Provide support to special education teachers
• Oversee Physical Education
• Manage and maintain student’s Educational Records
• If professionally licensed, candidate will:

• • Oversee mentor program for special education teachers

• • Ensure all teachers are licensed or on Waivers

The right candidate will:

• Have a Master's Degree in Special Education
• Be a licensed special education teacher (severe – all levels preferred or willing to get your severe license)
• Be motivated with managerial, communication, and time management skills
