Are you a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist ready to join AND lead our dynamic marketing team? The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand by generating leads from our online platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, proficiency in graphic design tools, and knowledge of generating genuine leads for our Real Estate Transaction Business.
Duties
- Audience identification- Identifying target audiences and developing strategies to engage them. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Campaign strategy- Develope and provide owners with a strategy/plan for campaigns, including content creation implementation schedule and projected results.
- Budget management- Managing the budget for social media campaigns and ensuring expenditures stay within budget
- Content creation- Creating engaging content for social media, such as blog posts, e-newsletters, and web page content, including proofreading and editing content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Data analysis- Analyzing campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns; stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media best practices even cutting edge practices. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Providing owners weekly reports of results of the online plan.
- Reputation management- Monitoring and maintaining the company's reputation on social media by implementing a plan to generate more positive reviews and then addressing negative reviews or comments
Leadership
- Continued research on social media trends and informing management of relevant changes
- Training and guiding social media and marketing team members
- Growing the company's social media presence on new and existing platforms
- Researching and monitoring the activity of competitors
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, generating leads and increasing business.
- Proficient in the Go High Level system and all social media platforms.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and audience behavior.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration into social media strategies is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
