Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence, manage our digital marketing efforts, and help develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven professional who understands the machining and manufacturing industry—or is eager to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, write engaging posts, and create video content that highlights Global CNC's products, events, and company culture.
• Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a marketing plan to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales.
• Website & SEO: Maintain and update website content, optimize for SEO, and analyze traffic trends.
• Email Marketing: Develop and send email campaigns to customers, distributors, and prospects.
• Trade Shows & Events: Support event planning, booth design, and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and brand positioning.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in manufacturing, machining, or industrial marketing.
