2+ years of Media experience within a Media agency or B2C company, preferably working with emerging social media market brands to build and foster growth of social channels
A quick, creative thinking & ideation mind set
Genuine excitement and passion for social media growth and success
Effective communicator with the ability of building brand following and engagement
Strong social media experience with a wide network of managers and talent agents. A strong knowledge of the overall influencer landscape will be vital to the role.
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms and planning principles (buying, content, measurement, media/campaign evaluation, and brand health tracking
Comfortable with in-app analytics and reporting
Ability to lead and manage parallel projects/brand social platforms and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Strong interest in lifestyle & home goods content and brands
In tune with social trends and an ability to respond to trends/memes to capitalize on opportunities
The agility and flexibility to work in a fast-moving team and a growing business
What You’ll Do:
Grow social followings, community, social impressions and engagement within social platforms
Conceptualize and design evergreen Instagram and Tik Tok content
Write strong and engaging copy that connects with a large and diverse audience
Establish open channels for customer feedback and manage community conversation
Collaborate with the team to diversify our brands while increasing followership
Ensure diversity of ideas, perspectives, and voices
Oversee content creation and management across Instagram and Tik Tok
Manage a content calendar that is approved by key members of the team
Generate and brainstorm ideas with the rest of the Brands’ teams
