My direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Social Media team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals. This is a 12 – month contract + extension. The team is located in California, and the role is fully remote.

Social Media Copywriter (FinTech) / CryptocurrencyResponsibilities:

1. Produce high-quality, engaging content (text, video, and visual) tailored to our target audience on platforms like X, Warpcast, Discord, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Foster a vibrant community by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and participating in relevant discussions.
3. Execute targeted social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster community growth.
4. Track and analyze key metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated efforts.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.

Social Media Copywriter (FinTech) / CryptocurrencyRequirements:

1. 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably as a former developer or Cryptocurrency experience
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, Cryptocurrency and their nuances.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to create compelling content that resonates with a technical audience / Cryptocurrency.
5. Experience with social media analytics tools and Cryptocurrency.
6. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
7. Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Must have:

1. Experience working with developer tools or APIs OR knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts
